Andrew McCrary, President
With nearly a decade of construction experience, Andrew comprehensive portfolio includes the entirety of the home building industry. His career began in building sciences where he focused on custom home building. From there, he transitioned to production home building and land development before forming Catawba Builder Group, LLC in 2019. He is a hands-on General Contractor with a passion for creating high performance homes & committed to provided the best customer service no matter the price point.
Outside of home building, Andrew prides himself on being a family-focused uncle to his niece, Maddie and nephew, Luke. He’s a passionate alumni of the University of Georgia; who always finds time to watch the Dawgs play between his Saturday punchwork jobs in the fall. He is also a skilled guitarist and enjoys the local Charlotte comedy clubs in his free time.
Certifications: HERS rater. Earthcraft rater & builder. OSHA 30. North Carolina General Contractor License.

Karis Guy, administrative Assistant
Outside of work, Karis is an awesome wife, a loving mother to her daughter, and dog mom. Prior to “adulting”, Karis was a scholarship athlete, earning the role of a four-year captain and starter on the North Greenville University soccer team. Even though her role is mostly as a fan now, Karis still loves every chance she can get to be around the soccer field. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, but also enjoys a lazy day at home with her family. On a random Saturday, you will likely find Karis outside and watching various sports, along with enjoying the good food that typically accompanies it.
